Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No, that's not necessary. You can shop and place orders as a guest each time.
However, by creating an account with us, you can place orders without having to enter your details each time you make a purchase. You can register now, or you can start shopping and create your account first before placing your order on the shopping cart page.
How do I create an account?
Please click on "Login/Register", then on "Create an account" and fill in your personal information.
How do I place an order?
Purchase the items you want and add them to your cart. When you're finished, you can go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please verify that all the information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.
How can I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This allows us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. We recommend checking your order before placing it.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us informing you that your order has been received. Please note, however, that orders will only be shipped once your credit card payment has been approved and your billing and shipping addresses have been verified. If you are a registered user, you can also check your order status in the "My Account" section.
I'm having trouble adding items to my cart.
You can add items as long as they are available. Occasionally, an item may already be in another customer's cart, in which case its status will be shown as "Temporarily unavailable".
