U6 & U7 Firmware Update
    • Step 1: Connect your device to a working Wi-Fi network.
    • Step 2: Go to System Settings and check the version. The update will start automatically if a new version is available.

    For iPhone users who have upgraded to iOS 26, connectivity issues have been optimized.

    Firmware upgrade instructions

    1. Extract the files of the compressed package.

    2. Run the executable file : Launch PhoenixCard.exe .

    3. Connect the equipment :

    • Insert the card reader into your computer
    • Connect a MicroSD card to the reader

    4. Software interface :
    The PhoenixCard interface appears as follows:

    In the dialog box, select the firmware file to upgrade.

    6. Configuring the recording mode :

    • Select the "Mass production of cards" mode
    • Click on "Burn" to begin the process

    7. Complete the upgrade :

    • Turn on to start the automatic upgrade (a progress bar will be displayed)
    • After completion:
      • Turn off the device
      • Remove the card
      • Turn on again to start normally

    BX firmware update

    Warning: Once the upgrade is complete, the device will automatically power on after approximately 1 minute. Do not restart the device during this process, as this may cause the update to fail and result in a black screen.

    Before we begin

    • Check your current firmware version.
    • The latest version is v0.0.9 (released in July 2025).

    For devices purchased BEFORE July 4, 2025 (running v2.0.1).

    • You must first upgrade to v0.0.5 via MicroSD card → [ Download v0.0.5 ].
    • After installing v0.0.5, subsequent upgrades can be performed via OTA.

    For devices purchased AFTER July 4, 2025

    • Direct OTA upgrade is supported (no MicroSD step required).

    Update details:

    • Optimization of certain known problems.
    • Modification of sign judgment for latitude and longitude parameters of the GPS track in Motonavi.
    • Added support for 5.5-hour time zone settings.
    • Added power-off countdown and TF card error messages.
    • Added the alert message "target not inserted".
    • Disabling collision detection.
    • Replaced with a new version of the startup logo.

    MicroSD card upgrade procedure

    1. Insert the MicroSD card into the target device and format it, or format it using a computer.
      Format the TF card
    2. Extract the upgrade files and copy all the contents of the folder to the newly formatted MicroSD card.
      Copy files to the TF card
    3. Turn off the target device, insert the microSD card containing the upgrade files, and then turn it on. Wait for the upgrade to complete. The device will restart automatically once finished.

    OTA Upgrade Procedure

    Tip: To use OTA updates, the version must be at least V0.0.5.

    1. Ensure the target device has a TF card inserted and that a smartphone with mobile data (and the Motonavi app installed) is available. (Create an account if necessary.)
    2. Open the Motonavi app on your smartphone, tap the OTA option on the main interface, and proceed with the OTA upgrade. The app will transfer the upgrade package to your device.
    3. Once the download is complete, the device will display an upgrade message. Confirm the upgrade and wait for it to finish. Do not handle the device during the process.

    • Improved support for the Italian language through the correction of grammatical inaccuracies.
    • The date display format has been updated to Day-Month-Year.
    • Resolved a connectivity issue affecting iPhone devices updated to iOS 26.

    Warning :

    1. Do not turn off the device during the upgrade process.
    2. C6 firmware upgrades are only supported by Windows computers.
    3. If you wish to keep your customized startup screen, do not perform the update.

    Important note:

    • Firmware V2.0 is only compatible with devices already running firmware V2.0.
    • Do not update devices from V1.0 to V2.0, as this will disable the touch functionality.
    • Before proceeding, check your current firmware version:
      • If your device is running V1.0, no upgrade is necessary.
      • If your device is running V2.0 or later , you can proceed with the upgrade.

    How do I connect the ACC cable correctly?

    The positive and negative terminals of the voltage reduction cable are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the motorcycle's power supply, and the ACC cable is connected to the motorcycle's ignition wire.

    How do I view videos recorded on my phone?

    In the settings, the last icon contains a QR code that you can scan to download the app. Once installed, you can use the app to view recorded videos and save them to your phone.

    How do I replace the battery in the wireless controller?

    Peel back a layer of sticker on the back of the remote control, the screws will be exposed, and you can replace the battery with a new one by removing the screws one turn.
