Return policy :

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at the email addresses above to take advantage of our return or exchange service, but please keep the following points in mind during the return process:

• Returns must be requested within 60 days of your order.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Products with scratches or other damage will not be accepted for return.
  
• If the return is due to the consumer, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the shipping company chosen by the consumer.
• If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer will not have to bear the shipping costs. (Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of a valid return receipt).
• If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory in China for inspection.

Refunds:

• If the product does not work with your car which is on our list of compatible models, we guarantee a 100% refund of the item after receipt of the returned item, provided that it is neither damaged nor tarnished.
• Expedited shipping fees are an additional service and are non-refundable.
• If, for any reason, the customer decides they no longer need the item (through no fault of the seller), your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase price.
• We will notify you by email or message of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
• You will receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund. If you haven't received a refund after a certain period, first check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company or bank for further information.
• More than 60 days after the purchase date, a refund is no longer possible according to the conditions of our program.

No exchange:

• We do not accept orders or exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. By placing a new order now, you are guaranteed to receive it quickly and avoid missing out on stock.

Order cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 5 hours of placing the order and before the package has been shipped, stating the order number and explaining the reason for the cancellation.
• Our customer service team will do their best to pass your instructions on to the warehouse so they can monitor the fulfillment process and issue a refund before your package is shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once the package has been prepared and shipped from the warehouse.
• We make every effort to ensure that the products offered on our website give you complete satisfaction.
