When we ship your package, you will receive several emails informing you that it has been shipped, with an order number and a tracking code.

My tracking information indicates that my package was delivered, but I never received it?

We know how important your order is! Aoocci offers its customers the ability to track their packages. If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you haven't received them, please check in your neighborhood in case another address received them by mistake. Speak to your family, roommates, etc., in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been given to the building managers or the apartment office.

We will always do our best to help you, but Aoocci cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you should contact the carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim.

Will I be charged for customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are tax-exempt. This means you may be liable for duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs service. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes.
